Pastor David S. Jacques

Pastor David is passionate about preaching the Gospel and bringing to life its message of repentance, hope, and healing. As founder and senior pastor of The Kingdom Church in Orlando, Florida, Pastor David is enlightening, empowering and encouraging believers and unbelievers alike. Known as both a preacher and teacher, he dissects the Bible through a historical and theological lens, but yet makes it applicable to the common hearer. He often challenges believers to pursue an intimate relationship with Christ through thorough study of the word of God and a passion for worship.

Pastor David, now 26, has actively been involved in ministry since the age of 12, when he served as director of a youth and young adult ministry at First Haitian Baptist Church of Orlando. Pastor David's endeavors for the gospel have allowed him to minister through-out the state of Florida reaching hundreds with the love of Christ. At 17 he established Scriptural Warfare, an inner-city Bible study in Carver Shores, Florida which merged with a church in Orlando, FL where he served as young adult minister. He also launched "A Tribute to the Lord" crusade in 2003 and 2006 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2005, Pastor David merged his inner city Bible study with New Destiny Christian Center. He served as young adult minister for 3 years.

He has also accomplished much academically and in the secular sphere. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix; an Associate of Arts and a minor in Biblical Studies from Belhaven College; and is pursuing his Masters degree in Theology at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Reform Theological Seminary. He is a licensed real estate agent and the owner of several entrepreneurial businesses. Pastor David graduated from Dr. Phillips High School magnet program for The Center for International Studies.

His many accomplishments, thus far, are of no surprise to his family. When his mother was three months pregnant with him, she recalls a prophetic dream in which the Lord told her, "this child will become a pastor." As young as 7 her dream had begun to manifest; Pastor David was seen preaching to empty chairs and to friends on the basketball court. Today this Boston native continues to fulfill the legacy spoken of him in his mother's womb.

Pastor David is the proud husband of the enchanting Karen Jacques. They have one son-David Samuel Jacques II and one soon to come. Pastor David is a young man reaching destiny and fulfilling purpose all for the glory of God.
