Introduction
Faith is the foundation of our relationship with God. It’s through faith that we recognize divine power at work in our lives. Scripture teaches that faith not only pleases God but also unlocks miracles.
As we step into this second week of Lent, our focus is on cultivating bold, unshakable faith—the kind that moves mountains, trusts in the unseen, and embraces the impossible with confidence. Miracles aren’t just ancient stories; they are living proof of divine power still at work today.
Are you ready to strengthen your faith and witness the extraordinary unfold in your life?

Day 8: Faith That Moves Mountains March 13th
Scripture: Matthew 17:20 – "He replied, ‘Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, "Move from here to there," and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.’"
Devotional:
Faith is powerful, even in its smallest form. Jesus teaches that faith as tiny as a mustard seed has the ability to move mountains. Sometimes we think we need enormous, unwavering faith to see miracles, but Jesus reminds us that it’s not about the size of our faith—it’s about where we place it.
Mountains in our lives represent obstacles, setbacks, or struggles that seem impossible to overcome. But faith shifts our perspective from the problem to the power beyond us. When we trust in divine strength rather than our own, we begin to see change.
Is there something in your life right now that feels unmovable? A situation that seems stuck? Bring it before God today. Speak life over it. Even if your faith feels small, trust that divine power is at work behind the scenes. Nothing is impossible when faith leads the way.
Prayer:
God, I trust in Your power. Strengthen my faith so that I may see obstacles move and miracles unfold. Help me believe, even when things seem impossible. Amen.
Action Step:
Identify a challenge in your life that feels like a mountain. Pray boldly over it today, declaring that with faith, transformation is already in motion.
Day 9: More Confidence in God’s Plan March 14th
Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11 – "For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares God, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Devotional:
Trusting in God’s plan requires confidence in divine goodness. When life doesn’t go the way we expect, it’s easy to doubt, feel frustrated, or question whether things will ever fall into place. But God reminds us that the plan is never for our harm—only for our good.
Faith means believing that even when we don’t understand the path, something greater is being woven together for us. Think about Joseph—he endured betrayal, hardship, and years of waiting before stepping into his purpose. In the same way, we may not always see the bigger picture, but we can trust that every moment is leading us toward something meaningful.
Today, let go of the need to control every outcome. Trust that what’s unfolding is exactly as it should be, even if you don’t fully understand it yet.
Prayer:
Lord, I release my fears and doubts to You. Help me trust that Your plans for my life are good, even when I can’t see the full picture. Strengthen my confidence in Your divine purpose.
Amen.
Action Step:
Write down an area of your life where you struggle to trust the process. Meditate on today’s scripture and intentionally release that fear, choosing faith over worry.
Day 10: More Prayer, More Power March 15th
Scripture: Mark 11:24 – "Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
Devotional:
Prayer is the key that unlocks divine power. Jesus tells us that when we pray with faith, we can receive what we ask for. But let’s be honest—sometimes we pray without really expecting an answer. We hope, we wish, but deep down, we wonder if anything will actually change.
The more we pray, the more we align our hearts with divine will. Prayer isn’t just about making requests—it’s about connection, intimacy, and stepping into the power already at work in our lives. A life filled with prayer is a life filled with strength.
So, ask yourself: Is prayer your first response or your last resort? This week, make space for deeper, more intentional prayer, and trust that something is shifting even before you see it.
Prayer:
God, teach me to pray with boldness and expectation. Strengthen my faith as I seek You daily, knowing that my prayers are heard. Amen.
Action Step:
Set aside extra time today to pray intentionally about a specific need. Approach it with full confidence, believing that your prayers matter and that divine power is already moving on your behalf.
Sunday March 16th
A Day for celebration and connection
Sundays are not included in the 40-day devotional, as they are set apart for worship, reflection, and receiving God’s Word. Use this time to engage in Sunday service, meditate on the message, and seek God’s presence.
Day 11: Walking in the Impossible March 17th
Scripture: Matthew 14:29-31 – "‘Come,’ he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, ‘Lord, save me!’ Immediately Jesus reached out a hand and caught him."
Devotional:
Peter experienced the impossible the moment he stepped out of the boat in faith. But as soon as he shifted his focus to the storm around him, fear took over, and he began to sink. The lesson here is clear: faith lifts us, but fear drags us down.
We are all called to trust beyond our comfort zones. There will always be winds and waves—uncertainties, doubts, and challenges—but when we keep our eyes on God, we can walk on waters that once seemed impossible.
What is that "impossible" thing in your life right now? Where is fear holding you back? Take a deep breath, fix your focus, and step forward in faith.
Prayer:
God, give me the courage to step into the unknown, knowing that You are always with me. Let my faith be stronger than my fear. Amen.
Action Step:
Identify an area where fear has been keeping you stuck. Take one bold step today toward walking in faith—no matter how small.
Day 12: More Boldness in Faith March 18th
Scripture: Acts 4:29 – "Now, Lord, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness."
Devotional:
Faith is not meant to be passive—it calls for boldness. In Acts 4, the early disciples faced intense opposition, yet they didn’t pray for safety or comfort. They prayed for courage. They asked for boldness to keep speaking, keep believing, and keep moving forward in faith, no matter the obstacles.
Bold faith isn’t reckless, but it is fearless. It means standing firm when doubts creep in, speaking truth even when it’s unpopular, and taking action even when the outcome is uncertain. It’s trusting that God is bigger than any fear, any challenge, and any limitation.
What would your life look like if you moved with bold faith? If you spoke with conviction, prayed with expectation, and stepped into opportunities without hesitation? Today, ask for the courage to live out your faith boldly, trusting that divine strength goes before you.
Prayer:
God, fill me with boldness. Remove the fear that holds me back and give me the confidence to live out my faith with courage. Help me to trust You fully and take action without hesitation. Amen.
Action Step:
Take one bold step of faith today—whether it’s speaking encouragement to someone, stepping out of your comfort zone, or praying with greater expectation. Move in faith, knowing that God is with you.
Day 13: Trusting When You Can’t See March 19th
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:7 – "For we live by faith, not by sight."
Devotional:
Faith isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about trusting even when we don’t. Walking by faith means moving forward, even when the path is unclear, even when the outcome is uncertain, and even when everything in us wants to wait for proof before taking the next step.
Think about Abraham, who followed God’s call to an unknown land without knowing where he was going. Or Noah, who built an ark before a single drop of rain fell. Their faith wasn’t in what they could see; it was in the One who was leading them.
We all have moments where we struggle to trust—when life feels uncertain, and fear whispers, “What if this doesn’t work out?” But faith reminds us that just because we can’t see the full picture doesn’t mean God isn’t working behind the scenes.
Where in your life do you need to let go of the need for certainty? What would change if you trusted God fully, even when you couldn’t see the next step?
Prayer:
God, help me to trust You even when I don’t have all the answers. Strengthen my faith so I can walk forward with confidence, knowing that You are guiding my steps. Amen.
Action Step:
Identify one area where you’ve been hesitant to move forward because you can’t see the full picture. Take one step in faith today, trusting that God is already making a way.
Day 14: Faith That Multiplies March 20th
Scripture: Luke 5:4-6 – "When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, ‘Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.’ Simon answered, ‘Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.’ When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break."
Devotional:
Faith that multiplies is faith that moves, even when logic says otherwise. Simon Peter had been fishing all night without success. He was tired, discouraged, and probably ready to call it quits. Yet, when Jesus told him to cast his net again, he chose to trust—and what happened next was a miracle of abundance.
This moment teaches us a powerful lesson: faith in divine timing and guidance leads to supernatural provision. But often, we hesitate. We convince ourselves that if something didn’t work before, it won’t work now. We let past disappointments stop us from trying again.
God calls us to trust beyond what we can see. Breakthrough doesn’t always happen immediately, but when we act in faith, we position ourselves for increase.
Is there something you’ve given up on because it didn’t seem to be working? Could God be asking you to cast your net again? Step forward today, trusting that what you surrender in faith will be multiplied beyond measure.
Prayer:
God, increase my faith to trust You, even when the results aren’t immediate. Help me to move in obedience, believing that You are the source of abundance. Amen.
Action Step:
Think of an area where you’ve hesitated to step out in faith again. Take action today—whether it’s revisiting a goal, trying something new, or simply believing that your effort is not in vain. Trust that God is working behind the scenes.

Although Simon lack his own faith. He trusted what Jesus said and followed Jesus direction.
Have that Faith. Keep striving. Have a pure heart and keep trusting until it’s your reality!
(Day 14) Don't give up no matter how tough life's challenges are, if we continue to walk by faith and operate in obedience to God's will, we shall experience breakthroughs.
